Fixed an issue where the repeater would corrupt MANT PDUs when adding an application layer time stamp.
Implement IND API 57: Repeater Add Path Override which forces the addition of path information regardless of the "Add Path" flag in the incomming MANT PDU.
Fixed an issue with A2Control that would prevent serial numbers from being displayed.
