I had try to connect to the data logger, but was not connecting,  and it keep on showing a dialogue box saying data logger connection failed. Please help me how solve this problem. The logger was CR200Series. Thanks

It still related to connection problem. I have done all the possible troubleshooting, but still not working. I don't know what to do next. Whenever I try to connect, it takes like 2 to 3 minutes before showing a box indicating communication failure. It shows log error message containing the following statements "failure and warning in red and blue colour respectively "transaction failure, time out or resource error,"get logger program status, then showed check/set clock there times.

Have you tried to connect  the logger by using a different computer? If yes, check your usb/serial cable

if yes please specify equipments which do you use?
data logger
interface (if any)
modem
If the same with my equipments I will try help you.
