CR1000X LVTTL communication

I'm using a CR1000X and CSAT3B with an isolated converter that can communicate between RS485(full duplex) and TTL(3.3V). I'd like to use ComC3 for CSAT3B because I use terminals of ComC5/C7 for other RS485 sensors.

Can I use ComC3 for LVTTL communication? The manual states in Table 5-5 that C3 and C4 terminals can be used as ports for LVTTL, but CRBasic issued warning: CommsMode Option 2 not supported on ComC3.

Use SerialOpen without the CommsMode parameter. Use PortPairConfig to set the terminals to 3.3V mode.
