I have two dataloggers, a cr1000 and a cr300 cell 200. Is it possible for the cr1000 to send a .dat file to the cr 300? so that it manages its sending by ftp.

Yes, there is a SendFile() instruction that will send a file from one datalogger to another.
On the receiving datalogger, I suggest using the File Manager settings to control where the file is saved and maximum number of files.
