Training Session Conduct and Intellectual Property Agreement
1. Prohibition of Recording and AI Capture:
Participants are expressly prohibited from recording, in any form or manner, any of the training sessions conducted by Campbell Group, Inc. or Campbell Scientific, Inc., including their global subsidiaries ("the Company"), whether these sessions are held in-person or virtually. This prohibition extends to all forms of recording, including but not limited to, audio, video, photographic, and any other digital or electronic means.
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, software, or any other technological means to capture, transcribe, or otherwise replicate the training content is strictly forbidden.
2. Intellectual Property Rights:
All training materials, content, methodologies, and related intellectual property provided during the training sessions are the exclusive property of the Company. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the provided materials solely for personal and non-commercial purposes related to the training.
Distribution, sharing, or dissemination of any training materials, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
3. Confidentiality:
Participants may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information during the training. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose it to any third-party, including those third parties in the Participants’ employer or organization.
4. Consequences of Violation:
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the participant’s access to the training, without refund. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to, seeking damages and injunctive relief for any losses incurred due to such violations.
5. Acknowledgment of Terms:
By participating in the training sessions, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. Participants also acknowledge that these terms are essential to protect the Company’s intellectual property and proprietary information.
